Eye Care Made Easy and Accessible in Raleigh
Located on the second floor of Triangle Town Center, our new office offers:
- Free parking just outside the mall
- Wheelchair-accessible entry (elevator access available)

The space is thoughtfully designed to make visits smooth for all patients, whether you're coming in for a routine eye exam or a follow-up appointment. We’ve also maintained the high-quality standards and welcoming environment The Eye Center is known for.
Appointment Availability
We are currently accepting patients on the following schedule:
- Tuesdays & Thursdays: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (exam appointments available)
- Monday through Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (non-clinical support and in-office assistance)
While clinical hours are currently limited to two days per week, plans are in motion to expand availability soon. Our eye care staff is available every weekday to help with questions, scheduling, and prescription pick-up.
Important Appointment Reminders:
- Text reminders are sent 3 days before your visit.
- Online intake forms are included in these reminders and must be completed in advance.
- Appointments must be confirmed by 3 PM the day prior, or they will be automatically cancelled.

The Eye Center offers complete diagnostic and preventative eye care at this new Raleigh location. Every patient receives a mandatory ocular health scan, which includes:
- OCT imaging (Optical Coherence Tomography)
- Retinal photography
Your Eye Exam Experience Includes:
- Visual acuity testing
- Depth perception and color vision screening
- Intraocular pressure checks
- Extraocular muscle function testing
- Refraction and prescription updates
- Contact lens fitting (if applicable, up to 6 months after exam)
All tests are performed by trained technicians, with your optometrist reviewing and verifying every result to ensure accurate diagnosis and personalized treatment.

After your exam, our team will walk you directly to LensCrafters, located within Triangle Town Center. Here, you can:
- Choose from a wide variety of frames
- Use your updated prescription right away
- Get same-day eyeglasses in many cases (Standard turnaround for specialty lenses: 7–10 business days)
