Throughout Desca’s career, she has had the privilege of working in various customer service and sales roles, from entry-level positions to leadership. This journey has allowed her to cultivate a deep understanding of what it takes to create satisfied customers. Her commitment to leadership is rooted in fostering a culture of collaboration and empowerment within teams, and believes that when individuals are supported and encouraged, they can achieve remarkable results.

Desca’s journey at the Eye Center has been nothing short of remarkable, it began on March 25th, 2022. Since then, she has been on a path of constant growth and progression with this dynamic field. Her career at the Eye Center commenced as a technician, where she quickly developed a passion for eye care and a deep commitment to providing the best patient experience possible. With ruthless hard work, determination, and unwavering perseverance, she has achieved the incredible milestone of being promoted to a management position within a year of joining the Eye Center. In this role, she has embraced the challenges and rewards of overseeing operations, fostering teamwork, and ensuring that the Eye Center continues to excel in delivering outstanding eye care services. 

While her professional life keeps her busy and engaged, she also has a diverse range of interests and hobbies that she is passionate about. One of her greatest passions is playing the piano. Music has always been a significant part of her life, and she finds solace and inspiration in creating beautiful melodies. In addition to music, she loves immersing herself in compelling narratives and exploring the creative words that TV series offer.
